Demolition of River Park Apartments The Highland Redevelopment Commission assisted the Hammond Redevelopment Commission with the demolition of the former River Park Apartment site through a $1.75 million dollar loan. The engineering firm, Amereco, Inc. was in charge of the environmental remediation and demolition of the site.
