| Downtown Highland Ad Towers Would you like to advertise in full color, large-format, year-round, 24/7? Without breaking your budget? Unigue Marketing Opportunity for your Business, Organization or Event The lease is twenty five dollars ($25.00) per month with a one year lease. A one-time two hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) design and print fee for each panel, which will also cover the first ten (10) months of leasing a kiosk panel, will be required upon signing the annual lease. Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month for the last two months of the annual lease will be required on the first day of the eleventh and twelfth months. All advertisers must work with the Highland Redevelopment Commission's professional designer to develop and print the panel. Discounts are given for production of multiple panels of either the same or different artwork. Panels for recurring special events can be designed so the date can be updated and the same panel used for many years. Leases are for one year, except for panels made to promote special events, which are monthly. |

Downtown Highland has five illuminated Tri-View Ad Towers:  1) Where the Bike/Walk Path intersects Kennedy Avenue. 2) In front of shops at the corner of Highway and Kennedy Avenues. 3) On the corner of Main Square Park by the Kid’s Park and parking lot. 4) On the bike/walk path on Highway Avenue west of Kennedy Avenue. You choose the initial location of your panel from those currently available. Panels may be rotated to different locations.
