June 29, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. June 30, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 1, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 2, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 3, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 4 (Independence Day), between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. July 5, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 6, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 7, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 8, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. July 9, between 5:00 p.m. and two (2) hours after sunset. December 31, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight January 1, between 12:01 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. In addition, consumer fireworks may not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age. Consumer fireworks may be possessed by a minor child ONLY with an adult present. Still further, consumer Fireworks shall exclusively be used on: (1) The user’s property; or (2) The property of someone who has consented to the use of fireworks on the property; or (3) A location authorized by Special Permit as a special discharge location, that is defined as a place designated for the discharge of consumer fireworks under policies of the State Fire Marshall in effect until the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission adopts rules, as amended from time to time.
